To apply for a position for your child at Birrahlee Preschool, please complete the registration form below. For your child to be placed on our waiting list you will need to complete this form, pay a $50 non-refundable application fee, and send a copy of your child's birth certificate to admin@birrahlee.com or to Birrahlee Preschool, PO Box Box 599, Lane Cove 1595. Payment of the $50 deposit can be made via direct bank deposit, using your child's full name as the payment reference. Our bank account details are:
