Birrahlee Preschool Lane Cove has been providing preschool education to the Lane Cove community since 1958. As a community-based not-for-profit organisation, we aim to provide valuable initial experiences and guidance to preschool children aged 3–5 in a safe, friendly and happy environment.

We provide two-day (Monday & Tuesday or Thursday & Friday) and three-day (Monday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Friday) programmes, which offer a wide range of stimulating activities within the security of a daily routine.

The general and specific needs of the children are included in the programme, embracing their social, emotional, physical and intellectual needs. This is achieved in a warm, caring environment.

Birrahlee acknowledges the original custodians of this land, the Cammeraygal people and pays respect to the past, present and future Traditional Custodians and Elders of this nation and the continuation of cultural, spiritual and educational practices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
